Buddy visits the Goodwood Revival!

Recently Buddy Stubbs had a chance to join his friends Dan Gurney and Bob Bondurant at the Goodwood Revival in Great Britain. This historic event takes place every year and gives both spectators and participants a chance to step out of the “modern world” and into a time that has passed long ago, but is so fresh in the memories of many. From auto racing and aviation to entertainment and fashion, this event has it all!

If you’ve never been, or even heard of the revival before, here is an out-taking from their website to help frame it in your mind. “The thinking behind the Revival is simple – it recreates the halcyon era of motor sport between 1948 and 1966 when the Goodwood Motor Circuit ranked as Britain’s leading racing venue. During this time, this former World War II Aerodrome hosted contemporary racing of all kinds, including Formula One, the famous Goodwood Nine Hours race and the celebrated Tourist Trophy sportscar race.”

So with that in mind here are a few pictures Buddy took at the event. - Goodwood Revival Website
